Its A Beautiful Thing To Love Where You Work!
Debora Olson, Clinic Manager
Debora wants to live in a world where equality is the norm. As a clinic manager and veteran medical assistant I am passionate about providing the kind of care I would want for my own family. I give back by volunteering with several great organizations, such as Partnership Project who does HIV case management for the community. When I’m not overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, you can find me spending time with my husband and our grandson. The next thing I want to see happen is this underrated clinic at full capacity, reaching more our community and to continue my education. My favorite resource is www.Google.com since I am a self-proclaimed 'Google Queen.'

Stefanie Macca, Medical Assistant
Stefanie brings 22 years experience to the United Urgent Care & Family Medicine team. Her background includes working in pediatrics and clinical research. As a medical assistant committed to high quality care, I am passionate about authenticity, equality, compassion, and treating people the way you want to be treated. In addition, to helping those in need,
you can find me spending time with my family, riding (?), sleeping, eating, reading and loving things. I believe you should live life to the fullest every day. My favorite website is www.Wikipedia.com where you can learn about so many interesting things about so many different subjects anytime.

Laura Smith, Billing Clerk
Susan Gillispie, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Susan has many accomplishments, but those she's most proud of is being a mother of 4 and most recently graduating from Georgetown University with her Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She loves all of her patients, but especially the kids, you will often find her on the floor playing with them. She is passionate about family planning and women's health, but one thing she definitely loves is laceration repairs. I'm pretty sure that stems from her serving her country for 17 years as an army medic.
Laura wants to live in a world where no one is ever judged by another's narrow view of them. As a medical billing clerk I am passionate about making sure our patients know I understand and want to help. I give back by giving to others when they are in need in any way I can. When I’m not billing claims, you can find me hiking the greater northwest, and reading to my 4 year-old daughter as part of our adventures. My next goals include growing with my new employer, building new friendships, and most importantly buying a house for my daughter and I. One of my favorite resource websites is: Advocare.com
Sandi Lopez, Lead Medical Assistant
Sandibel 'Sandi' believes in the power of family; “We may not have it all together, but together we have it all.” As a medical assistant I am passionate about letting our patients know we are here to help graciously in any way we can and facilitating the best possible care. I also enjoy being a voice for our Spanish speaking patients. I believe in keeping the cycle of giving going, by donating items that you no longer need. When I’m not working you will find me chasing two beautiful kids that make it all worth it! One my next goals is working towards is a medical assistant certification and eventually further my career through studying nursing. One of my favorite
resource websites is: WebMD.com
Lisa Betancourt Medical Assistant
As a Medical Assistant Lisa is passionate about cancer awareness and education. She wants to live in a world where people are trusting, kind and kids can play outside until the streetlights come on. If she's not here working you just might find her watching sports "Go Cowboys" , going to the gym or being the best aunt ever. One of her goals is to strive to eat clean and workout in one way or another on a daily basis. That and she loves reading fitness magazines and trying to find ways to spice up her workouts and find delicious recipes.
Daniel wants to live in a world where medicine is so advanced that surgery is no longer necessary. He believes in giving back by ensuring everyone feels cared for no matter who they are. As a receptionist he is concerned with making sure to gather accurate information, because that information is the life of a medical clinic. It ensures that we have the information to reach the patient when we need to, the correct pharmacy to send your prescription to, and the correct insurance information. When he's not manning the front desk you will find him fishing and playing video games. Be sure to check out his growing collection of action figures.
